3. Account Registration

To access certain features (such as AI Explain, mock test history, and the leaderboard), you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Accuracy of Content

Questions on this platform are sourced from third-party providers and past examination archives. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy:

• We do not guarantee that every question, answer, or explanation is error-free.
• AI-generated explanations are produced by third-party AI models and may occasionally contain mistakes or oversimplifications. They are intended as a study aid, not an authoritative source.
• Past questions do not guarantee similar questions will appear in any future examination.

If you notice an error in a question or explanation, we welcome you to report it so we can review and correct it.

5. Acceptable Use

The StudyNaija name, logo, design, and original content are the property of StudyNaija. Past examination questions may be sourced from third-party providers and remain subject to their respective terms; we do not claim original authorship of past exam content itself.

7. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements through Google AdSense and other advertising partners to support free access to our content. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the Service, at our discretion and without prior notice where necessary.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
